Starting in Nigeria's vibrant IT and financial services sectors, he worked with companies to build innovative products and assembled dream teams that turned bold visions into reality. His early career saw him developing the Fidelity Bank Fleet Manager Software and Fidelity Earth—an enterprise platform integrating all Fidelity Bank portals—while managing full lifecycle application development at the Nigerian Stock Exchange, ensuring strict adherence to ISO standards and robust system security.
AlliedSoft, Neptune Software & WestHouse IT
His role as Lead Software Developer at AlliedSoft allowed him to spearhead the XCEED Core Development Team and deliver 43 new features in record time for the Extend SIM Suite for Etisalat Nigeria. At Neptune Software Limited, he designed and maintained ERP applications, and as a Programming Analyst at Legwork Limited, he developed enterprise web applications and managed the company's website. These experiences paved the way for his leadership as Head of Development at WestHouse IT, where he conducted system risk analyses, ensured quality assurance, and mentored team members.
Cloud Solution Architect
A defining moment in Ifeanyi's career was his tenure as Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft – Middle East and Africa, where he helped high-potential companies craft their cloud strategies and embark on transformative digital journeys. Under his leadership, Limestone has grown into a leader in security and community-management solutions in Nigeria, with a product suite — StoneCircle, StoneCommunity, and Stone Security — that is redefining how residential estates live, interact, and stay safe. That same year he also launched ventures in healthcare and real estate as part of his wider portfolio.

Limestone pulled back the curtain on StoneCircle, ushering in a new era of personal and community safety. The reveal event drew thousands of attendees and showcased how StoneCircle transforms fragmented security into a unified, intuitive experience — private Circles, real-time "Moments!", and GPS-tracked Panic for Help.
